Return and Refund Policy for MOMGANG

At MOMGANG, our embroidered sweatshirts and hoodies are custom-made to order, ensuring each piece is crafted uniquely for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival due to a production error. Please review the details of our policy below:


Damages and Issues
We want you to love your MOMGANG purchase! Please inspect your item upon receipt. If you notice that your product is defective, damaged, or if you’ve received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@momgang.com so we can make it right. We’ll evaluate the issue and provide you with a solution, whether that’s a replacement or a refund.


Non-Returnable Items
Since all of our products are custom embroidered, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Orders with incorrect personalization entered by the customer
  • Items that are no longer wanted due to a change of mind

Only items damaged during production or delivery are eligible for returns or refunds.


Exceptions
For European Union customers, in accordance with the 14-day cooling-off period, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging. However, this does not apply to personalized or custom-made products, including our embroidered items.


Return Process for Damaged or Defective Items

  1. Contact us at support@momgang.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  2. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to return the item (if necessary).
  3. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the item. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@momgang.com.
