Welcome to MOMGANG! Below you'll find all the details about how we handle shipping for our embroidered sweatshirts and hoodies.
Shipping Methods and Times
We work with trusted delivery partners, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS, to ensure your order arrives on time. Please note that each sweatshirt and hoodie is custom-made and takes 3-5 business days to produce after your order is placed.
Once your order is produced and ready to ship, delivery times are as follows:
- Express Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
Important Notes:
- Shipping times do not include the 3-5 business days it takes to produce your order.
- We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.
Does MOMGANG Ship Internationally?
Yes, we offer both standard and express shipping to most countries!
Where Is My Item Coming From?
All MOMGANG products are proudly crafted and shipped from our partner facility in the USA.
In some cases, international orders may be shipped from one of our global partner facilities to ensure timely delivery. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. Don’t worry—we’ll keep you updated with tracking details for each shipment.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. You can track your order through the provided link. If you have trouble tracking your order, please reach out to support@momgang.com with your order number, and we’ll assist you.
P.O. Boxes or APO Addresses
Please note: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. For such addresses, please use USPS or another carrier option.
How Can I Insure My Package?
MOMGANG partners with leading package protection providers to ensure your order is covered. If you’d like to add insurance to your order, let us know at checkout.
Lost Package?
If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, or if it gets lost in transit, contact us at support@momgang.com. Provide your order number, and we’ll assist you in locating your package or issuing a replacement if necessary.
